鳳凰單叢茶是產於廣東省鳳凰山一帶的烏龍茶，以單叢（單株）的茶樹生長而得名。蜜蘭香為當中經典香型，此品用料相對鮮嫩，經過三道火反覆烘焙，帶出幽幽蘭花花蜜香，內含物質豐富，沖泡多次仍有餘香。
