白毫銀針為白茶中最高等級,採用最年輕的毛茸茸的銀色芽製成。成品茶狀似針，白毫密被，色白如銀，得名“白毫銀針”；其毫香清鲜，滋味甜醇；更具有退熱、降火解毒之功效，亦富含抗氧化物質。

Silver Needle is the highest grade of white tea, made from the youngest furry silver buds, and is known as “the beauty of tea”. The finished tea is shaped like a needle, with densely covered pekoe and a cooler as white as silver, hence the name "Silver Needle". The tea has a fresh fragrance and a sweet taste. It has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying and is also rich in antioxidants.
